Subprocessors

Prinsur Tech CO., LTD. uses the following service providers to operate saidtrack. Each processes personal data only for the purpose listed, under a data processing agreement or equivalent contractual terms. How each category of data flows to these providers is described in the Privacy Policy. We update this page when the list changes.

Current subprocessors

  • WorkOS, Inc. (United States): authentication and identity. Processes account profile data (name, email, sign-in sessions), including profile data received from Google or GitHub when you use social sign-in.
  • Plus Five Five, Inc., operating as Resend (United States): delivery of authentication emails. Processes your email address and the message content composed by WorkOS: sign-in codes, email verification, password resets, email-change confirmation, and invitations.
  • Soniox, Inc. (United States): realtime speech-to-text. Processes streamed meeting audio and produces the live transcript.
  • Anthropic, PBC (United States): large language model. Processes transcript text, meeting objectives, and attached knowledge text to generate summaries, suggestions, and emotion signals; retains API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days under its standard policy.
  • Vercel, Inc. (United States): web hosting for saidtrack.com, plus cookieless site analytics and performance measurement.
  • Render (United States; service hosted in the Singapore region): compute for the realtime service that runs transcription sessions.
  • Neon, Inc. (United States; database hosted in the Singapore region): Postgres database storing accounts, transcripts, summaries, and voiceprints.
  • Upstash, Inc. (United States; globally replicated infrastructure): managed Redis cache holding short-lived in-meeting state, cleared when a meeting ends and expiring within 6 hours in any case.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States; global network): storage and delivery of profile pictures.
