Frequently asked questions

From your first meeting to how long we keep your data, this page answers what people ask us most.

Start here

What is saidtrack?

A realtime copilot for goal-driven meetings.

Do I need to install anything, and will a bot join my meeting?

Nothing to install, and no bot joins.

How do I run my first meeting?

Set an objective, pick an engine, press start.

Which languages are supported?

Meetings in Chinese, mixed English included.

How much does it cost?

Free right now, no credit card.

Capturing the room

How does it capture remote participants on a video call?

Share the meeting tab, with tab audio ticked.

Where does this not work?

Tab audio: desktop Chrome or Edge only.

Can I use it for an in-person meeting?

Yes, the microphone alone is enough.

When I share a tab, is my screen uploaded?

No, we take the audio track only.

During the meeting

How does it decide when to surface a card?

Only at turns worth stepping into.

How does it tell speakers apart, and what does Calibrating mean?

It splits you from the rest as it calibrates.

If I fix a mislabeled speaker, does the engine learn from it?

No, it changes this meeting only.

Can it read my own documents, and are those files uploaded?

Yes; only the text is sent, never the files.

Can I pause, and what happens if I switch tabs or refresh?

Pause and switch tabs freely; refreshing ends it.

Reports and sharing

When is the report generated?

Transcript live; summary when you generate it.

What is in a report?

Transcript, summary and emotion read.

Can I export a report?

DOCX and Markdown; no PDF, no transcript.

How does a share link work, and who can open it?

The link is the permission; no sign-in needed.

Can I revoke a link I already shared?

Yes, but a saved copy cannot be recalled.

Privacy and data

Do you store my audio?

No audio file is kept, only the text.

What do you actually store, and for how long?

Transcript, objective, report, until deleted.

Where is my data stored?

Singapore, with the AI providers in the US.

Is my meeting content used to train AI?

No, but Anthropic keeps content thirty days.

Which third parties are involved?

All of them are on the subprocessors page.

Is my data encrypted, and can your staff read my meetings?

Encrypted, but not end to end: we can read it.

Can I delete my data, and is it really gone?

Yes, minus a 6-hour database restore window.

What is a voiceprint, and do I have to record one?

Optional; a vector, not audio, and deletable.

Legal, terms and enterprise

Do I need consent to record, and who is responsible?

Yes, and getting it is your responsibility.

Who owns my transcripts and the content I bring in?

Yours; our license ends when you delete it.

Can I use the AI output as an official record?

Not recommended; check the transcript first.

Do you sign a DPA, and is there a team plan?

Neither yet; email support@prinsur.com.

Which law applies, and what about participants without an account?

Taiwan law; no account needed for your rights.

Account, support and troubleshooting

How do I sign in, is there a password?

No password: an email code, Google, or GitHub.

My connection dropped mid-meeting, is the meeting lost?

It survives; a few seconds of audio are lost.

Nothing is being transcribed.

Check microphone permission, then tab audio.

The summary failed, or the emotion read came back empty.

Press generate again; a retry usually works.

Where do I get support or check for outages?

Email support@prinsur.com; see the footer light.

Walk into your next meeting with a plan
